Returns Policy

Please note that were you to experience any issues or concerns with your order, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order for refund requests.

 

Kindly note that any refund request must be approved by our Customer Service Manager. Alternatively, due to Health and Safety concerns Exoticknacks.com only accepts returns of Non-Edible products.

 

Refunds exclude shipping costs. The customer is responsible for shipping the items back to ExoticKnacks.com in their original condition at their expense.

A 15% restocking fee will be applied to returns of non-edible products.

We will NOT pay the return shipping costs if the return is due to Customs.


You should expect to receive your refund within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your financial institute. 

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.

We will then respond accordingly.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world, however additional charges will apply. If this is the case, we will contact you. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full dollar.

Please be aware of temperatures of the items' final destination as Exotic Knacks does not take responsibility for damaged product due to weather.

We will however always take steps to prevent these challenges.
